EXENCELL and Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group Forge Strategic Partnership

On August 24, the senior management team of Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group visited EXENCELL's Mianyang base and signed MOU aiming at deepening cooperation about energy technology. The signing of this agreement marks a key step taken by Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group in promoting the transformation of energy structure and sustainable development of Luzhou.

In the context of global energy transformation, the cooperation between Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group and EXENCELL will focus on digital intelligence technology, power electronics technology and energy storage technology to build a smart energy ecosystem integrating wind, solar, storage, charging and loading. The ecosystem will fully cover all industries in Luzhou City, provide zero-carbon full-scenario solutions and advance energy revolution of Luzhou City. Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group and EXENCELL will jointly build a low-carbon, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly green city.

Regarding wind power generation, both plan to implement the "Wind Power to the Countryside Action" in Naxi District or Xuyong County, and the construction capacity of wind power stations is expected to reach 100MW, so as to effectively contribute to rural revitalization. In terms of charging infrastructure and charging piles, it is expected to cover 10 parking lots (a total of 5,000 parking spaces), and 600 charging piles will be built in Luzhou City. Meanwhile, in order to promote the implementation of solar plus storage projects in three districts and four counties of Luzhou, Luzhou Cultural Tourism Group and EXENCELL plan to invest in the construction of 200MW of distributed photovoltaic power stations and 500MWh of distributed energy storage power stations to save electricity costs and reduce carbon emissions. With the gradual aggregation and scaling-up of distributed energy resources, both will also explore the construction of virtual power plants.

This strategic cooperation is expected to achieve more efficient energy utilization and dispatch through intelligent energy management system, and provide a more reliable and sustainable solution for Luzhou's energy supply. This series of measures will not only boost the development of local new energy industry, but also inject new impetus into the economic and social development and ecological civilization construction of Luzhou City, unlocking a greener, smarter and more sustainable future.
