EXENCELL and ROBESTEC Forge Strategic Partnership

On May 12, Shanghai Robestec Energy Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Exencell New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and in the future, both will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of energy storage battery product procurement, investment and development and construction of energy storage power stations, iterative upgrading of new processes and technologies about energy storage, "ESG" and "carbon capacity management", and jointly explore products, technologies and market operation response mechanisms with high professionalism, uniqueness, advancement and forward-looking.

 

The signing of this strategic cooperation, as the core part of Promotion of China (Mianyang) Science and Technology City in Hangzhou, was made by William Zhang, vice president of EXENCELL and Hua Ming, marketing director of ROBESTEC, reaching the purchase order of battery products of no less than 10GWh within 5 years, and the strategic cooperation in the investment, development and construction of energy storage power stations, iterative upgrading of new processes and technologies about energy storage, "ESG" and "carbon capacity management".

Through the signing of this strategic partnership, both will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of energy storage cells and battery packs, energy storage systems, and jointly establish a cooperation plan to develop domestic and foreign energy storage markets. On the basis of the purchase order of 10GWh battery cells, EXENCELL and ROBESTEC will also jointly build broader development, jointly carry out research on cutting-edge technology of energy storage, and pay long-term attention to sustainable development.
