EXENCELL Zhuhai Plant was Certified Net-Zero Carbon Building

EXENCELL plant phase one in Zhuhai was certified Net-Zero Carbon Building issued by TÜV Rheinland and BRE in early February, which is the second factory project certified in China after EXENCELL plant in Mianyang.

The plant is located in Jinwan District, Zhuhai, a city neighboring Macau to the north, covering 333.3 thousand m² area and constructed for 18GWh energy storage battery cells mainly for exportation, including 280Ah/314Ah LFP prismatic cell and tabless cylindrical cell. The main structure of this plant has been completed in January,2024.

From the beginning of construction, EXENCELL's plants followed the standard of zero carbon factory by controlling energy consumption, improving energy efficiency in plant construction, production and operation and by paying attention to the carbon emission management throughout product life cycle. EXENCELL aims to make all its plants into zero carbon factories and continues steering toward a New Stage of Sustainable Development.
