Recently, Jeff YOU, co-founder and CEO of EXENCELL, visited Kazakhstan as part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Digital Technology Delegation and had in-depth exchanges with the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan on the digitalization of the fuel and energy complex.
On 13 September, Elias, Deputy Minister of Energy met with Tong Dan, CEO of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Digital Technology Platform. During the meeting, both had a lively and in-depth discussion on the topic of digitalization of the fuel and energy complex, and discussed the potential for cooperation in the implementation of investment projects in the energy sector, in particular how to make full use of the scientific and technological potential of the SCO countries, including the training of specialists in the energy sector, with a view to achieving a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation model.
The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan and SCO signed MOU on digital transformation of the energy sector, which will undoubtedly bring new vitality and impetus to cooperation between Kazakhstan and the SCO in the energy field. The MOU clarifies that both sides will carry out in-depth cooperation and share experience and resources in various fields such as digitalization, intelligence, renewable energy, information technology development, power storage systems, renewable energy power generation projects, and energy infrastructure improvement. This not only sets the foundation for Chinese enterprises to play a more important role in the international arena, but also contributes to the sustainable development of the global energy industry.
EXENCELL will take this cooperation as a new starting point to continue to leverage its leading edge in the field of new energy and work hand in hand with the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan to jointly promote the development and application of renewable energy projects such as wind and photovoltaics. With EXENCELL's excellent energy storage technology and international operation management expertise, combined with Kazakhstan's abundant resource advantages, both parties will jointly promote the transformation of the energy structure to low-carbon and provide a strong impetus for the prosperity and development of Central Asia's energy industry.
