On August 10,2024, Fucheng District in Mianyang, Sichuan Province welcomed a landmark green energy infrastructure project. In this technology-driven industrial hub, Exencell Energy Storage successfully delivered the second-phase300kW/645kWhindustrial -commercial energy storage system by VERTIV Technologies. Modern high-end manufacturing and technology parks have extremely high requirements for power quality and continuity. However, with the continuous expansion of enterprise production capacity, the traditional single mains power supply often faces bottlenecks such as peak load overload, persistently high electricity costs, and difficulties in local capacity expansion.
To address these industry pain points, Exencell's Excellence Energy Storage has developed a customized system for VERTIV Technology Phase II, functioning as an intelligent energy buffer for the industrial park. By precisely implementing the "off-peak charging and peak discharging" strategy, the system effectively reduces peak electricity costs and significantly enhances energy utilization efficiency. More importantly, without requiring large-scale or costly grid upgrades, it provides sufficient power redundancy to support load growth, ensuring stable operation of production facilities.
