Recently, the C&I energy storage project at Haozhun Metal Co., Ltd. in Dongguan was officially commissioned. In this project, EXENCELL supplied the core equipment, while Gengwang Energy served as the project investor and integrator, jointly deploying a 100kW/215kWh integrated energy storage system that injects new momentum into the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises.

Peak Shaving and Valley Filling for Cost Reduction

The system charges during off-peak nighttime hours when tariffs are low and discharges during peak daytime hours to power production equipment, directly reducing electricity expenses through arbitrage of peak-valley price differentials.

Demand Management for Capacity Charge Optimization

The energy storage system automatically discharges during peak demand moments to smooth load spikes, effectively reducing the maximum transformer demand and lowering basic electricity charges.

Emergency Backup for Production Continuity

With millisecond-level seamless grid-tied and off-grid switching capabilities, the system serves as an emergency power source during grid failures, preventing production interruptions and associated economic losses.
